[REVIEW] Karma Wellness Water
I enjoy how Karma Wellness
Water distributes its flavor into the water. It allows you to do it by
pushing in the top of the lid releasing the flavor of your drink! I received
the flavors of Pineapple Coconut, Orange Mango, Raspberry Guava Jackfruit,
Passionfruit Green Tea, and Acai Pomberry. For starters, I tried the
Passionfruit Green Tea first, but it was a little more tart than I was
expecting or hoping for. I then, tried the Raspberry Guava Jackfruit- I got the
same taste of too tart for me. So, I decided to empty out a little of the
water- about an inch lower than they put in the container. I then, mixed the
drinks from then on like that and it was then PERFECT! So, I believe that
either they put too much water or not enough flavor FOR the amount of water
that they put in. I loved the Pineapple Coconut and Orange Mango! I LOVE
mangos, so I was VERY excited to try this flavor!! I don’t like coconut, but
the Pineapple Coconut still tasted great! Karma Wellness Water has a belief
that if you do something good for others or yourself (such as drink healthy)
then you’ll get a positive outcome and in this case, you’re getting good
tasting water and being healthy! Feel good about what you drink! Each flavor is
supposed to increase the positive effects of Mind, Body, Spirit, Balance, and
Vitality! Karma Wellness Water also separates the flavor that contains vitamins
from the water because they believe that premixed drinks lose their potency of
the vitamins and the full effects that they’re trying to deliver to consumers!
They have a video that you can see a little more about how they work so you can view it for your pleasure.
You can view more about how the
process is done on Youtube!

[REVIEW] Ozeri Digital Blood Pressure Monitor with Arm Cuff
Ozeri offers a lot of awesome products. I had the
opportunity to try their Digital
Blood Pressure Monitor with arm cuff.
First off, I believe that this is something very useful to have in your
home because it is always nice to know
if your blood pressure is healthy! I’ve checked mine a few times and mine is
well into the healthy range. I need to be checking my husband’s more to keep an
eye on it because the one time we tried it on him, it said that he was
prehypertension but I can’t remember when he took it as far as if he recently
ate or not. Apparently, that’s something that can affect the outcome. You’re
not supposed to check your blood pressure within an hour of eating. So maybe
keep that in mind for yourself because maybe I’m not the only one that didn’t
know that tidbit of information. There are a few people, at least in my family
that could have use in this product!
Ozeri’s Digital Blood Pressure Monitor was very easy to use.
It has the base that has the information on it, etc. It also comes with an arm
cuff that has a picture of how to place it on your arm correctly. To help you determine whether or not you’re
normal, prehypertension, and hypertension- it has an automatic color-coded
indicator. I love the other features like there’s a detection for an irregular
heartbeat! The digital Blood Pressure Monitor also stores 80 readings which for
each one has a date and time stamp. All this monitor needs is 4 AA batteries
and you can find out if you have normal blood pressure. Having normal blood
pressure is important for starters, if its consistently not, you would need to
take blood pressure medication which you can get off of but if it was as easy
as that, you would think that people would change their health habits to not be
on it to begin with. Having high pressure
puts you at risk for heart disease and stroke! Also having high blood
pressure can mostly be prevented.
I’m copying these
facts that I seen on the CDC’s
Blood Pressure website:
- 67 million American adults (31%) have high blood pressure—that’s 1 in every 3 American adults.
- 69% of people who have a first heart attack, 77% of people who have a first stroke, and 74% of people with chronic heart failure have high blood pressure.3 High blood pressure is also a major risk factor for kidney disease.
- More than 348,000 American deaths in 2009 included high blood pressure as a primary or contributing cause.
- High blood pressure costs the nation $47.5 billion annually in direct medical expenses and$3.5 billion each year in lost productivity.
- About half (47%) of people with high blood pressure have their condition under control.
- Almost 30% of American adults have prehypertension—blood pressure numbers that are higher than normal, but not yet in the high blood pressure range.3 Prehypertension raises your risk of developing high blood pressure.
- Reducing average population sodium intake from 3,300 mg to 2,300 mg per day may reduce cases of high blood pressure by 11 million and save 18 billion health care dollars annually.
You can look at Ozeri’s website
to find out more information about their products! You can purchase their
products on Amazon, Sears, like I said, they have a lot of products to
offer people! You can also find them on Facebook.

[REVIEW & GIVEAWAY] Inbru Coffee Flavors
Inbru is a new company to me, I hadn’t heard of them or their products up until I stumbled onto their site and wanted to try their products! Inbru is a coffee flavoring made from American Rice Hulls with aromatics and essential oils. When opening it, it looks kind of similar to sawdust. You just put a scoop in with your coffee grounds before being brewed and then brew it together for flavored coffee! I wanted to try Raspberry Truffle and Butterscotch Drop as I wanted to try something that I don’t see in normal flavors or that I could get in a creamer! I put in an extra scoop of the Inbru flavors so that the flavor was strong enough. Not knowing how strong it was to begin with, I wanted to be sure that it was good and flavorful! The Raspberry Truffle was excellent and light in the flavor but strong enough to taste! It also had a wonderful aroma but even tasting it. That’s the only thing better than something that tastes good- is smelling how good it is going to taste before doing so! The Butterscotch Drop didn’t have as strong of a smell, but it sure did taste DELIGHTFUL drinking it in coffee! I could taste both flavors (not in the same cup just to clarify) very well and loved them both! I’m interested in a lot of the other flavors in the future!
Inbru Flavors:
Belgian Cookie
Vanilla Bean
Crème Caramel
Butterscotch Drop
Chocolate Fudge
Cinnamon Hazelnut
Coconut Crème
Irish Crème
Celtic Mocha
Raspberry Truffle
Danish Pastry
Mountain Hazelnut
Cinnamon Stick
Pumpkin Pie
Highlander Grogg
Raspberry Tart
Toasted Chestnut
Jamaican Craze
Inbru also carries gift certificates if you would like to
purchase one especially for those who you know are coffee lovers! My husband’s
family is filled with them- my in law’s, I don’t think would survive long
without their coffee! Flavoring your coffee this way is a lot healthier now for
you instead of the use of creamers that have additional fattening or additional
chemicals that are in them. I recommend the healthier route of Inbru Coffee
Flavors in which it delivers!
Inbru has been so kind to allow Freebie Frenzy to host a
giveaway for them allowing one of my lucky readers to have 2 jars of Inbru
Coffee Flavors of your choice!
Check out their website to look at their products, they have reasonable prices!

[REVIEW] WOW Baking Company
In the past, I haven’t had much experience in wheat and gluten-free products. It wasn’t intentional, I just wasn’t sure exactly on the benefits or how it would taste versus other products that did contain wheat and gluten. Well, after having WOW Baking Company products, I’m happy with what I tried!! I didn’t like all of the products that I received, not because they tasted bad, but because I don’t like certain things such as things raisins or nuts in cookies/brownies or similar things like in this case, cranberries. I received Chocolate Brownie, Oregon Oatmeal cookie, Ginger Molasses cookies, Lemon Burst Cookies, and Peanut Butter Cookies. I wasn’t as big of a fan of the chocolate brownie or the ginger molasses cookies. The chocolate brownie was just a little more rich than I was anticipating or wanting. The Ginger Molasses cookies were pretty okay, but ginger seems to make me nauseous. The peanut butter cookies were good- I could taste the lack of gluten and wheat. Did I forget to mention that these cookies are SUPER soft??! My favorite cookies were the Lemon Burst! I couldn’t put them down, they were so soft, gentle in my mouth, and wonderful in flavor! The other flavors that I wish I could have tried was the snickerdoodle and chocolate chip. I’ve had both of these kind of cookies, but it’s different trying them as wheat and gluten-free! You don’t realize how much there is a difference until you’ve tasted it!
To purchase their
cookies for yourself, go check out their
website- you won’t regret it!

[REVIEW] Quest Nutrition Natural Protein Bars
I seen Quest Low Carb Gluten Free Protein Bars somewhere and
their flavors sounded SO delicious! I felt compelled to write them about
reviewing their products! My husband unfortunately was not a big fan, but I
believe that protein bars are something that you want to eat for a purpose.
They’re NOT candy bars so it’s not all chocolate and peanuts kind of thing!
There were only a few flavors that I didn’t care for. The benefits of a protein
bar are not only for its convenience, but also if you workout at all then it’s
really great as it helps maintain and building muscles! You don’t have to
workout to be eating proteins bars, but it’s best for you right before or just
after a workout! I didn’t get to eat all of the bars that they sent me because
there were so many, but I got to try a lot of them to know that Quest brings
you premium tasting protein bars! Protein bars just like protein shakes don’t
taste like other candy bars or shakes like you get through fast food. They’re
to help you, which usually means that it’s not going to taste that great. Quest
was nice that well, they put in some great flavors into something that
typically doesn’t taste as good so that you could enjoy them more than just
needing to use them! My 3 favorite were flavors- Lemon Cream Pie, Strawberry
Cheesecake, and Peanut Butter & Jelly. I was getting full eating these
proteins bars, which is another helpful them just after a workout. It’s putting
that substance in you without being bad eating before or after working out.
Cinnamon Roll- tasted
like a cinnamon bun, but not too rich so I enjoyed it!
Apple Pie- it was a
little rich in flavor, I had trouble actually eating all of it because of its
flavor. It also had pieces of apple in it.
Chocolate Chip Cookie
Dough- taking it out, it looked just like the Cinnamon Roll, but not as
flavorful. It was a little on the bland side so a little disappointing, but
still not terrible.
Strawberry
Cheesecake- SMELLED DELICIOUS! Tasted wonderful too! Definitely had a
strawberries AND cheesecake taste without the unhealthiness of eating the real
thing!
Lemon Cream Pie-
aside from not being a creamy or pudding taste- it did taste like Lemon Cream
Pie! It had a light lemon/crust taste! Loved it!
Peanut Butter &
Jelly- it had a slight jelly flavor, but mostly tasted like peanut butter,
which was really fitting for a protein bar!
Quest also sent me Quest Cravings Protein Peanut Butter
Cups. Now, I’m a huge fan of Peanut Butter Cups- typically, anyway. The peanut
butter in the cups was actually just fine and tasted great and a little normal
for typical peanut butter cups. The chocolate, however, had a dark chocolate
taste on it with an after taste. I was not a big fan of these. They were also
HUGE in size for peanut butter cups!
The other flavors
that were sent to me:
Peanut Butter Supreme
Chocolate Brownie
Mixed Berry Bliss
Vanilla Almond Crunch
Banana Nut Muffin
Chocolate Peanut
Butter
Coconut Cashew

[REVIEW & GIVEAWAY] Piczzle Photo Puzzles
I’ve had the opportunity to try Piczzle Photo Puzzles out.Piczzle Photo Puzzles makes your photos into puzzles. I have a medium size of 30 pieces. Putting it together was simple enough and it didn’t seem like 30 as quickly as it was. I thought it was neat to have a picture as a puzzle though! The only thing that would have been nice would be that it felt like a regular puzzle. It just didn’t feel as soft as others did. It wasn’t bad or anything, it just didn’t have the soft natural feeling to apuzzle as others feel. I’m not all that familiar with other picturepuzzles so I have no idea if it’s so easy to be able to be made like other typical puzzles that you just regularly buy in a store. I would have to try out other picture puzzle companies, but at the present time, I am still happy with Piczzle giving me the neat product of a picture puzzle! Another thing that’s a plus with them is that they don’t contract out to have their puzzlesmade as far as these puzzles are Made in America! That may not make a difference to you and as far as the puzzle itself, it doesn’t matter to me, but it’s just our country, I think can use all the help it can get and supporting people to be able to work- makes me happy! Piczzle also has Wooden puzzlesand I think those would be pretty neat to have! They have a variety of designs and types of puzzles such as a heartshaped or round puzzles.
Like Piczzle Photo Puzzles on Facebook and Follow Piczzle Photo Puzzles on Youtube.
They have been so kind enough to offer a lucky reader a Piczzle Photo Puzzle as well! This giveaway will work just a little different than other ones in the past. #1- You will NEED to post a blog comment about what your favorite puzzle here on their site. Also after a winner is chosen, Piczzle will contact you (after given the information) about how to proceed with getting your Piczzle Photo Puzzle as since it’s a photo puzzlethat you will have to design and get your photo to them, etc.

[REVIEW & GIVEAWAY] Red Jacket Orchards Juice
After trying Red Jacket Orchards juice, I want more!! They sent me the flavors of Grape Apple, Strawberry Apple, Blackcurrant Apple, Fuji Apple, Raspberry Apple, and Cherry Tart Stomp. All of them I loved but a few stood out just a little more than others. My favorites were the Strawberry Apple, Raspberry Apple, and Fuji Apple. I thought before trying the Fuji Apple juice that it was just going to be like any otherapple juice, but it definitely was NOT! It tasted like very FRESH FUJI APPLE! I’ve never tasted such a fresh taste inapple juice. I got the same feeling with the other juices- the Strawberry Apple- it tasted like fresh sweet strawberries with just a little apple taste. The Raspberry Apple, again, was really no different. I like raspberries, but it depends how they’re used, etc. I had never heard or tasted blackcurrants before so I can describe what it tasted like other than blackcurrants. It tasted like a mix of a pear and star fruit flavor. It was very yummy and wonderful! The Grape Apple tasted like a mix of grapes and apples. The Cherry Tart Stomp was just as it sounds- cherry flavor but TART. It wasn’t too sour for me that I didn’t want to drink it, but it was definitely tart! I so would like more of their juice! I didn’t get to try apricot stomp, but it sounds yummy too! I looked up as to what stores sold them so that maybe I could buy some. There are 2 stores in the area, both are called “The Fresh Market” so if there is one of those stores close to you, chances are that it will probably be there. Sometime, I’d like to go there to see what other goodies they may have! I can’t stop thinking about how I want more Red Jacket juice!! You can also buy their juice on their site if you can’t find them in a store near you!
Red Jacket was also VERY nice to offer a giveaway to a lucky reader for a 6 pack of 12 oz. juices!

[REVIEW & GIVEAWAY] Thera°Pearl Back Wrap
THERA°PEARL sent me a back wrap to review. I was pleasantly pleased to have received this product to review. I have Degenerative Disc Disease and so my back tends to hurt more often than others. I go to the chiropractor and an ice pack or other natures help it from hurting as bad. So, needless to say, this product came in GREAT use to me! THERA°PEARL offers pearl technology for their wraps which can be used as a HOT or COLD pack! With the Pearl Technology, when cold, the pack is smooth and soft on your skin while it delivers soothing relief. After heating up the packin the microwave for the hot pack effect, it relieves stiff muscles while helping with blood flow. The pearl technology reminds me of deco beads just not as big. It feels very soft and comfortable while using it! They recommend using it for at least 20 minutes to get the results that you’re looking for.The box that it comes in is also nice enough to tell you how long you should heat it for depending on your wattage microwave! This is what they had to say that the benefits of ICE therapy and HEAT therapy were.
“What are the benefits of ICE therapy?
Ice therapy (a.k.a. cryotherapy) is one of the most common recommendations by doctors for injury prevention & recovery.Applying ice immediately after an injury or physical trauma (the sooner the better) constricts blood flow & slows bleeding/swelling. Ice therapy reduces pain & muscle spasm. Also, applying ice to the injured area decreases the metabolic rate of cells, which limits the risk of cell death after an injury and helps prevent long-term damage.”

I would recommend THERA°PEARL for any sore or injured muscles. They offer more than just back wraps- they have ones for knees as well as ones forkids which they also sent me! They were super cute and my daughter also sees a chiropractor because she has scoliosis. She gets adjusted biweekly and afterwards, they suggest applying an ice pack as well so she’s not in any extra pain! THERA°PEARL sent Pearl the Pig and Ping the Panda! Sometimes it’s hard to getkids, especially my daughter to have the patience with things like having an ice pack on her. These make it a lot easier and willing for her to have it on her. It’s cute and friendly looking- very kid friendly!
I suggest you checking out their website as well as their social media sites such as

[REVIEW & GIVEAWAY] Inchbug Custom Orbit Labels
I was honored with the chance to try out Inchbug’s Orbit Labels! I told them what color I wanted and what I wanted them to say. They sent me 4 labels and I found them useful enough and there was enough to cover all of her “main” cups! I thought they would come in handy and sure enough, they did! I babysit- and I don’t normally get the cups mixed up, but it’s always nice to know what cups go where. Then, mydaughter stayed the night when my niece and she uses the exact kind of cups. So it REALLY helped not getting them mixed up and that Layla got her cups back! I think the Inchbug’s Orbit Labels are very useful and very cute looking too! Something else I thought was neat, was there was braille written on there that said “Inchbug.” The only thing that would have made it cooler is that I had “Layla Mckenzie” written on there as my “label” and it would have been neat if THAT was written in braille as well. You can also put icons on them like a heart or a flower. The labels also help young ones to grip the cups. They fit most sippy cups, bottles, and snack containers. Something also nice to know is that they’re dishwasher and microwave safe! It’s nice to know so that you can keep them on the cups and not have to remove them for either to use! However, they ARE easily removable for adults and not easy at all for children to remove. They have a tight grip on the cups or other containers that you would like labeled! Inchbug’s Orbit Labels are useful to any adult in charge of babies, toddlers, and other young children!
To find more Inchbug products you can check out their website here.
For the custom Orbit Labels, you can go here!
Inchbug has also been gracious enough to also offer one lucky reader a complimentary set of Orbit Labels! The winner MUST like their page on Facebook! After a winner is chosen, I will be needing an address, color of the Orbit Label as well as the personalization that they would like to receive!
[REVIEW & GIVEAWAY] Sweet Andy's Cookies
When I heard about Sweet Andy’s Cookies, I was delighted and I wrote them about a review! I was honored when I got a reply and accepting for me to review their cookies! They sent me a variety box of wonderful cookies! They sent me the flavors of: Mint, Triple Chip, Chocolate, Oatmeal Raisin,Chocolate Chip, and Sugar Cookie. My favorite was Triple Chip which had chocolate chip, white chocolate chip, and peanut butter chips in them! I didn’t think they could get so much flavor and wonderfulness into one cookie! All of their cookies were huge and super soft, but not too soft where they crumbled everywhere! My husband’s favorite was the oatmeal raisin. I don’t care for raisins and before I even got an optionof eating them, my husband swiped them from me without a second thought! He LOVED them and wished there were more! You should have heard the noises that he was making while eating these cookies! To say the least, these cookies were great- beyond great! The cookies arrived 2 weeks ago and they’re only just now (what is left) to get hard around the edges and barely at that! I don’t know how they made such awesome cookies and for them to stay soft so long, but welove them! A friend of mine, said that the mint were really good, but I won’t use the word she did. I’ve tried the mint cookies and they were great as well, they weren’t too strong on the mint flavor, which I preferred! The sugar cookies were kind of light and fluffy feeling eating them- just wonderful! Thechocolate chip were really like any chocolate chip cookies aside from being bigger and softer than your average cookie! The only ones that I didn’t care for as much were thechocolate ones. I love chocolate, I’m just not big on justchocolate alone, but I still liked them because they were really soft.
You can find their cookies to be able to buy for yourself ontheir site! They’re well worth it!
They’ve also been generous to offer one lucky reader to have the same box of goodies that I received!

[REVIEW & GIVEAWAY] Newman's Own Organics
Nell Newman, daughter of Paul Newman, and her business partner, Peter Meehan started Newman’s Own Organics as a division of Newman’s Own in 1993. They were thinking there was a market for organic snacks, but didn’t expect such the success that they got as fast as they got it! It was a product line under her father’s name as he covered the costs for their first year of the startup. They were such a success and after quickly paying back her father for the upfront costs, they became their own company in early 2001. They started with pretzels because “Pa” Newman had such a love for them. Because of Nell’s love for chocolate, that’s the biggest reason that they decided to add organic chocolate bars to their line! Other organic chocolate items were soon to follow in their line. They also came out with the first fig bar that is all organic! They’re always looking for new materials to make their packaging recycled but due to the costs that it would cost you to buy the product after they did such- they would be a lot more expensive!
I’ll start with the Organic Milk Chocolate bar- me and my husband had no idea what to expect from organic products. I know that they’re better for you because they don’t have all the added chemicals and other things that harm your body! First, my husband had tried the Milk Chocolate bar and his eyes went buggy and made some noises, then proceeded to say that it was the best chocolate he had ever tasted! I tried some and agreed that it was awesome!! We then moved onto the Espresso Dark Chocolate bar, knowing we weren't crazy about dark chocolate, but still wanted to give it a try. Still, not my first choice of eating any chocolate, but I still don’t think it had such the after taste that a regular dark chocolate barleaves in your mouth.
We also tried the Hermits, now I’m not a big fan of raisins, but I wasn’t going to allow that for me not to enjoy the product. They were pretty good, but I thought the molasses taste was a little on the strong side for me. They were really soft, which is something that I liked. The raisins were also not too bad in them, it was only the molasses taste that, again, were on the strong side for me.
The Peanut Butter cups were great with the milk chocolate and dark chocolate parts tasting the same as the chocolate bars- great and fresh! Something that was a little different for me was that the peanut butter in the tasted like real actual peanut butter instead of the processed kind in Reese’s and other peanut butter cups. The peppermint cups tasted like those chocolate mints that you only get at good restaurants! That used to be the only way I’d want a mint. The caramel cups are the only way that I can describe is awesome! The caramel in them offsets the dark chocolate giving them just the right taste!
The peppermints and wintergreen mints both had the texture of those buttercream mints that you usually see at baby showers. The mint flavor was also not too strong for me.
The prunes were not really any different than any other prunes, but I don’t have issues with my digestion so I didn’t eat too many.
Well, before eating the pretzels, I figured that the pretzels would taste the same as regular pretzels, but I like regular pretzels too so it was no bother to eat them! Boy, was I wrong on these about tasting the same! They absolutely do not—they better! I loved the Honey Wheat pretzel minis especially! They have a light sweet and salty taste but not a lot of both- makes a perfect snack! When snacking, I’m usually wanting either a sweet snack or a salty snack- this way I don’t have to choose! I’m getting the best of both worlds!
I also tried the Fig Newmans like many of the other products that I’ve had the honor of tasting! They were delightfully sweet. Not as sweet and grainy tasting as regular fig bars, but what felt like a healthy sweet taste.
The pomegranate and sour apple licorices were awesome! They had just the right amount of flavor in them! I was really happy with the sour apple licorice because it had a light sour taste with sugar specs on them. However, if you’re the kind of person that likes really sour things, unfortunately, these would not do it for you. I prefer the light sour flavor though where I can still get the taste, but without the puckered lips!
Newman’s Own Organics were so very kind to not only send me all of these wonderful and great products, but to offer agiveaway for my 4 favorite products! So, I’m picking Ginger O’s, Fig Newmans, Milk Chocolate Bar, and Honey Wheat Pretzel Minis.
Check out their site and follow them on Facebook for more updates and information on their products!
